Organ!k has been shaping the Finnish hip-hop and rhythm music scene with its unique sound for over a decade. Comprising highly skilled professional musicians, they possess the talent and vision to craft their music on top of live performances, making their sound stand out. This album not only showcases their skills but also their ability to improvise beautiful music.
Pijall, a well-known figure in Finnish hip-hop and electronic music, boasts an impressive solo career spanning 25 years. He’s also remembered for his contributions to groups such as Ceebrolistics, Murmurecordings, and Serkkupojat. On “Jumallah on Mc,” he collaborates with Ikonico, a long-time music maker and lyricist, who contributes thoughtful and complementary verses throughout the tracks. The album also features performances by Paleface and Ro$vosheriffi.
The album seamlessly incorporates influences from soul, pop, hip-hop, psychedelic, and even Ethiopian jazz, blending them into a natural-sounding entity.
